Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Nostello OÜ, Ahtri Street 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (“Nostello”, “we”, “us”) for the NoLoginUpload service, a Nostello product.
1. The service
NoLoginUpload lets you, the form owner, accept file uploads on a hosted version of your Google Form without respondents signing in. Files go to your Google Drive, and answers are submitted to your Google Form.
NoLoginUpload is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Forms™ and Google Drive™ are trademarks of Google LLC.
2. Your account and your respondents' data
You need a Google account. You are responsible for your forms and the content you collect.
For respondents' data you are the controller and we are your processor, under the data processing terms in section 6. That means you are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting it and for giving respondents any notices that are required.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- collect passwords, PINs, card numbers or other credentials (phishing);
- impersonate anyone;
- distribute malware;
- collect data unlawfully;
- harass anyone.
We may pause or remove any form, and suspend accounts, that break these rules. Where that is needed to protect people, we may do so without notice.
4. Plans and payment
- Free: 20 responses per month.
- Pro: US$6 per month or US$48 per year.
- Team: US$19 per month.
Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it by emailing us. If you asked the service to start during that period, we refund the payment minus an amount proportionate to the time you used. Otherwise, payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
5. Your data
You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Data processing terms (GDPR Art. 28)
When we process respondents' personal data for you, we act as your processor. We will:
- process it only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your settings in the service. The subject matter is form answers and uploaded files; the purpose is delivering them to your Google Form and Google Drive. The duration is as set out in our privacy policy;
- ensure that anyone authorised to process it is bound by confidentiality;
- apply the security measures described in our privacy policy (Art. 32);
- use only the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy, which you authorise generally. We will tell you before adding or replacing one, so you can object, and we bind each of them to equivalent obligations;
- help you respond to data subject requests, and with your security, breach-notification and impact-assessment duties, as far as our role allows;
- notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your respondents;
- delete respondent answers as described in our privacy policy. Uploaded files are stored only in your Google Drive;
- make available the information you need to show compliance with Art. 28, and allow for and contribute to reasonable audits.
International transfers rely on the safeguards described in our privacy policy.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If Google rejects a response, we retry and tell you; uploaded files stay in your Drive.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and Nostello's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be decided by the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
